- Comprehensive progress tracking — daily body weight, step count, sleep, hydration and digestion, plus monthly body measurements and progress-photo assessments
- Personalized supplement protocol based on a full review of your blood work — vitamin and mineral status, complete blood count (CBC), lipid profile, glucose markers and other clinically relevant biomarkers
- Weekly 1-on-1 coaching call to review progress, address challenges and refine your nutrition, training and recovery plan
- Ongoing WhatsApp support throughout the week, with responses during IST business hours

Book a 30–45 min consultation call for ₹3,000. If you choose to enrol afterwards, your entire consultation fee is deducted from your coaching package, so you only pay the remaining balance.
